In April of 2003 we uncovered a trove of comments left on this page, dating back for an extended period.  We had tested the Microsoft comment function at installation, but suddenly discovered, to our great surprise, so many of you were avidly writing in and we were not getting the news, not a hint of it.  What we found was a cumulative text file, automatically created and self-buried deep in our site by the utterly obscure Microsoft web program.  It is, indeed, a time-delayed treasure chest of your requests to purchase, your compliments, and repeated attempts to locate real people behind the site.

As a result, we have banned the original programming and replaced it with the below newsletter list service.  We will try to catch up with your past remarks, and we apologize for your obvious frustration.
